TruSculpt Flex is a non-surgical muscle firming and toning treatment that delivers improved muscle definition and sculpting.
The truSculpt Flex treatment works by utilizing proprietary Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS) technology for muscle conditioning by delivering three treatment modes in one session. Each treatment mimics different workouts that replicate intense twisting, squatting, and crunching.
Treatment modes include:
Prep Mode: Warm up the muscles by creating twisting motions to stretch them out and slowly build up a tolerance to the muscle contractions
Tone Mode: Contracts the muscles and holds it to the point of exhaustion followed by relaxing the muscle to enhance endurance and increase strength
Sculpt Mode: Contractions of the muscle(s) that are fast, deep, and sequential that work to develop new muscle fibers and increase basal metabolic rate (BMR) to build muscle mass and reduce the circumference
MDS Technology involves the precise delivery of electrical current(s) that work to stimulate muscle contractions without wasting energy. The three treatment modes help target and treat specific muscle groups, both small and large. Additionally, this treatment uses low levels of energy for deep, full muscle contractions at high intensity via truControl for selective, customizable delivery to achieve consistent results safely.
When compared to the traditional body contouring procedures, truSculpt Flex costs significantly less than surgery.
truSculpt Flex can be used alone or combined with other body contouring treatments to improve results.
Before treatment, all patients are required to come in for their initial consultation which provides our body contouring specialists the opportunity to assess your unique case and create a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your desired results.
During treatment, the truGel will be applied to the selected areas as the handpiece is used. There is no pain associated with it, rather a funny, strange sensation as involuntary muscle contractions occur, imitating those last few intense moments from a rigorous workout. As treatment progresses, the intensity of the contractions will slowly increase within your comfort level.
There is no downtime required after your truSculpt Flex treatment.
There are no reports of side effects from this treatment. Soreness is expected to occur immediately after your session, similar to the feeling after an intense workout and is expected to last up to 24 hours.
Depending on your level of activity, anywhere between 4-6 treatments, spread 48 hours apart. Regular maintenance is preferred. If you’re not maintaining a healthy diet and routine exercise, you will lose muscle strength and definition, so it’s essential to stay on track.
Trusculpt Flex and Emsculpt are both non-invasive body contouring treatments that use electromagnetic technology to stimulate muscle contractions. While they have some similarities, there are also some key differences between the two treatments.
Trusculpt Flex is a non-invasive muscle-sculpting treatment that uses a unique Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS) technology to target specific muscle groups. During the treatment, pads are placed on the targeted muscles, and electrical currents are delivered to stimulate contractions. These contractions help to strengthen and tone the muscles, resulting in a more defined and sculpted appearance. Trusculpt Flex is typically used to target the abdomen, thighs, and buttocks.
Emsculpt is also a non-invasive muscle-sculpting treatment that uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy to stimulate muscle contractions. However, Emsculpt uses a different type of technology than Trusculpt Flex. During the treatment, a paddle-shaped device is placed on the targeted muscles, and electromagnetic waves are delivered to stimulate supramaximal contractions. These contractions are much stronger than those that occur during exercise and can help to build muscle and burn fat. Emsculpt is typically used to target the abdomen, buttocks, arms, and thighs.
Both Trusculpt Flex and Emsculpt are effective non-invasive body contouring treatments that can help you achieve a more toned and sculpted appearance. The best option for you will depend on your individual goals and needs. It is important to consult with a licensed provider who can assess your body and recommend the most appropriate treatment for you.
